You can’t get it wrong because you dance it YOUR way.
Forget complicated steps or tricky footwork here, we just move and groove. Think dance floor vibes without the pressure!
What to Expect:
✨ We start by warming gently with simple movements and exploring the dance floor.
✨ Dance to a fantastic playlist filled with fun, funk, jazz, disco, 90s rave, rock, pop
✨ Each song has just 1-3 easy moves, and you get to make them your own.
✨ Lots of prompts to spark your creativity and express yourself freely.
✨ End with relaxation and stillness—if you want to bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket to get comfy.
You'll leave feeling energised, stress-free, and totally chilled out!
Listen to your body and rest when you need to.
Bring a drink to keep hydrated!
